Bath Half Marathon March 4th 2018

First Steps places in the 2018 Bath Half Marathon – Sunday 4th March 2018

First Steps has, for the second time, secured 10 charity places in the 2018 Bath Half for people to undertake the half marathon and raise funds for First Steps, Bath. We are offering these place, in the first instance, to parents, staff, trustees and friends of First Steps.

The 2018 Bath Half is a 21 km (13 mile) course which, as a flat route around this beautiful city, is suitable for all abilities; for beginners setting out to just complete the course as well as for more experienced runners aiming to improve their personal best.

To qualify for a charity place, there is an expectation that each runner will raise at least £175 for First Steps (Bath). The registration fee is £39.60 which is payable to secure the place.

Runners will get access to online fundraising support, a T-shirt or running vest and we will be there to cheer you on, on the day!

Why run for First Steps (Bath)?

First Steps works to ensure that all young children, irrespective of their needs and family circumstances, can reach their full potential in those crucial early years. The children we work with include children with a wide range of needs, some of whom need significant additional support to enable them to flourish.

The proceeds from the Half Marathon will go towards our fundraising campaign objectives
