When you Shop

Imagine if you could raise money whilst you shop for products from your favourite retailer?

 There are a number of ways that you can do this! doesn't cost you anything extra, you simply shop from the major retailers as usual, and they make a donation to First Steps on your behalf.

Most large retailers are taking part, including; Argos, Amazon, Tesco, M&S, Vodafone, Expedia, Next.

You can take part in 3 easy steps;

  2. Install the toolbar
  3. Whenever you shop online shop through the toolbar, and a % of the price you pay for your products will be donated to First Steps.

AmazonSmile enables customers enjoy the same wide selection of products, low prices, and convenient shopping features as on Amazon but by shopping through,  AmazonSmile will donate to your chosen charity.

 In order to browse or shop through AmazonSmile, you must first select First Steps (Bath) as your charitable cause. Once you have done this you can shop the site as you normally would. Amazon will donate 0.5% of the net purchase price (excluding VAT, returns and shipping fees) of all your eligible purchases. Only purchases made through are eligible to generate donations.

There is no cost to us or to you! The shopping experience is identical to with the added benefit of charitable donations!


Pink & Greene is a fantastic online greeting cards shop, which supports charities with a donation on each card. Visit and select First Steps (Bath) as your chosen good cause in the shopping basket.

The value of the donation is typically 5p or 10p per single card, or 30p per pack, and 10p for wrapping paper. Delivery is free for orders of £10 and over
