Lead Practitioner
A bit about the role: You will plan, organise, and deliver high quality, specialist Early Education and Care for a group of children 2 to 5 with special educational and or complex health needs.

You will need:
- Qualified to at least NVQ level 3 in early years and childcare or equivalent.
- Maths and English GCSE grades A to C / 4 to 9.
- Level 3 SENCO qualification (desirable)
- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Course
- Current Food Hygiene certificate (desirable)
- The right to work in the UK.
- An ability to safeguard and protect children.
- To be positive, adaptable, and friendly

BOP early years specialist service is based on the site of Broadlands School, Keynsham.
We are a friendly team of experienced early years staff who specialise caring for and supporting the development of children under five with special educational needs and disabilities.
